Producing Art in Two Dimensions and Three

 

The newest artist to join Heron Crest, Rita Reisser’s body of work stretches from sculpture to printmaking and painting. 

 

Rita began painting in 2000, and then took private art classes, which eventually led her to the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, where she graduated in 2009. Majoring in Sculpture, she earned several awards, including the Scheidt Travel Scholarship. 

 

She continues to work in sculpture and printmaking and returned to painting in 2017. She joined Heron Crest Studios in May 2020.
